Gli stampi da cottura flessibili e antiaderenti sono interamente realizzati in silicone alimentare perfettamente conforme alle leggi internazionali che regolano l′utilizzo di materiali destinati al contatto alimentare.
Permettono di realizzare la maggior parte delle operazioni di cottura e surgelazione di ristoranti, pasticcerie, gelaterie.
Offrono la possibilità di eseguire tutte le preparazioni dei prodotti dolci e salati sostituendo l'utilizzo di stampi in metallo.
Ideali sia per la surgelazione che per la cottura, gli stampi possono essere utilizzati in forni ventilati, in forni a temperatura statica, in microonde e in abbattitori.
L'utilizzo degli stampi va dal congelamento dei preparati fino alla loro cottura: possono essere messi direttamente dal congelatore al forno.
Le proprietà antiaderenti e flessibilità degli stampi permettono di sformare in modo perfetto. Per sformare il prodotto eseguire una torsione regolare da un angolo al fine di ottenere il miglior risultato.

Per un utilizzo ottimale, posizionare gli stampi su griglie o teglie forate al fine di favorire la diffusione del calore durante la cottura.
Si consiglia di procedere all′estrazione di prodotti delicati dopo il raffreddamento degli stessi. Si consiglia di lavare gli stampi ogni volta dopo l′utilizzo; lavabile a mano e in lavastoviglie.
Gli stampi hanno un eccellente resistenza a cicli di lavaggio ripetuti senza perdere assolutamente le sue caratteristiche fisiche. Resiste a temperature da -60°C a +260°C Mai utilizzare direttamente su fonti di calore fuoco, grill, piastra elettrica.
Mai tagliare i vostri preparati negli stampi.  Mai lavare gli stampi con spugne abrasive o con diluenti.

This stick is pretty small, but great for carrying with you. It does not glide very well across the skin, however, my son's eyes are very sensitive and it prevents it from gliding too far over and risking burning his eyes. Spreading with fingers afterwards is always a good idea, leaves a bit of a cast but I am very fair so not too bad, easy for reapplication as well. The only major drawback is how drying this product is to the skin, not immediately, but over the course of several days. Not sure if that is all 100% zinc oxide products, or if this one is just lacking in something. Overall a good safe option for little faces that is tear free and wont run or burn eyes, and that works against UV.
