Preparation Instructions
1. Take 3 tbsp (approx. 30g) of this Health Mix powder and add 250ml of water little by little and mix well.
2. Cook the mixture for 3 minutes. Keep stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Adjust the consistency by adding more water if required.
Storage Instructions
• Once opened, place the pouch in an air-tight container and store it in a cool, dry place or refrigerate
• Use the contents within two months or by Expiry Date whichever is earlier

• Age Recommendation: From 2 years onwards. There is no maximum age limit to consume this nutritious porridge. Anyone can have it.
