Ingredients:  Magnolia bark extract (Magnolia officinalis) standardized to 2% honokiol and 3% magnolol [DER 6-10:1], natural L-theanine 98%, ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera) standardized to 10% withanolides [DER 5-8:1], GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), zinc bisglycinate, copper bisglycinate, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), vitamin B1 (thiamine), black pepper fruit extract (Piper nigrum) standardized to 95% piperine BioPerine [DER 50:1], capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Directions for use:  The recommended daily dose to obtain a beneficial effect is 1 capsule in the evening during a meal. 

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. This product should not be consumed if taking sedatives, hypnotics, or antiepileptic medications. Do not use in children, pregnant or lactating women.
