Our award winning Spiced Fig & Plum Gin is a harmonious blend of rich, ripe fruit and delicate spice that scooped a Winners medal at The Gin Guide Awards 2025, and a scored a whopping 99/100 on quality at the London Spirits Competition 2025.

Unlike some others, we build our spirits from base, made from British grown sugar beet, through fermentation and a triple distillation process creating a smooth and distinctive foundation that highlights the botanicals to perfection.

We bottle in small numbers from our purpose built rural distillery outside of Cheltenham, in the heart of the Cotswolds.

At Uncommon Distillery, we do the common things uncommonly well. We craft spirits with bold flavours that stand out from the crowd. We keep the branding simple so we can concentrate on what we do best.
