We are not responsible for delays in shipping due the post office being overwhelmed. If your items become delayed, destroyed in transit or lost in the mail it is your responsibility to place a claim with USPS regarding these issues. If for any reason you have an issue with your band and are needing an exchange or replacement, return shipping is not provided.  We do not offer refunds as all of our items are made to order. We are also not responsible for additional shipping or customs charges that may occur with international orders.
