Plug and Play Installation: The S&B Tank includes all necessary components for a seamless installation, allowing you to replace your 24-gallon tank with our 40-gallon option. It mounts securely in the stock location using the included straps, fitting perfectly in the space between the OEM tank and transfer case, extending 5.2 inches rearward.

Accurate Fuel Gauge Functionality: Enjoy increased fuel capacity without compromising gauge accuracy. The S&B design ensures that your fuel gauge remains operational, showing full for the first 5-7 gallons and continuing to function normally thereafter. While the distance to empty will be calculated based on the original fuel capacity, you can achieve up to 940 miles of range at 20 mpg with a full tank, while your vehicle indicates approximately 480 miles.

The S&B Tank for AWD vans fits 170" Crew, Sanctuary, Tranquility, Entegra Launch, Jayco Terrain, 2025+ Revels and any builds that have plumbing or interference behind the original fuel tank. Click here for more info.
When using the auxiliary fuel tap on stock tanks, tap stops pulling fuel around 1/4 tank. With the S&B Tank, it will stop pulling fuel around 1/3-1/2 tank.
Important: The fuel gauge will only work accurately on vans with the J51 fuel gauge (optimized for aux. fuel tap). All 2020+ Revels should have been built with this option but please confirm by sending us your vin or consulting with your installer.
