Die „Ultra Nep 13 oz. Natural Dye Straight“ von Graphzero setzt auf klassische Denim-Handwerkskunst mit natürlicher Färbung und bewusst roher Verarbeitung.

Die Garne werden in Strängen von Hand gefärbt. Zum Einsatz kommen natürliche Farbstoffe wie Indigo und Kaki-Tannin. Dadurch entsteht kein gleichmäßiges Farbbild, sondern eine lebendige Oberfläche mit leichten Abstufungen, die sich im Laufe der Zeit weiter verändert.

Nep- und Slub-Garne bringen zusätzliche Struktur ins Gewebe. Kleine Unregelmäßigkeiten und Fasereinschlüsse bleiben sichtbar und geben dem Denim seine raue, leicht körnige Oberfläche.

Die Konstruktion orientiert sich an 1940er 5-Pocket Workwear. Klassischer Aufbau, verstärkte Nähte, verdeckte Riegel an belasteten Punkten und Baumwollgarn, das sich über Zeit mit dem Stoff entwickelt.
