DIE ANISPFLANZE ALS GEWÜRZGEIST IM GLAS

Die Anispflanze (Pimpinella anisum) gehört zur Familie der Doldenblütler und besitzt einen hohen Anteil ätherischer Öle. Um dieses intensive Aroma und somit den Charakter des Anis zu einhundert Prozent zu gewinnen, wurde dieser Geist über ein speziell konstruiertes Sieb destilliert. Das Ergebnis ist die badische Antwort von Lutz Weide auf die hinreichend bekannten Anisspezialitäten der Ursprungsländer.
