Dieses Gewürz gehört in jede gut sortierte Küche und bereichert zahlreiche Zubereitungen mit seiner charakteristischen Aromatik. Baharat ist eine Gewürzmischung vom Colonialwarenhandel "Altes Gewürzamt". Diese Mischung wird in den Ländern am persischen Golf zum Würzen von Lammfleisch verwendet. Baharat enthält neben Paprika, Chili und schwarzem Pfeffer noch Kreuzkümmel, Koriander, Knoblauch, Nigella (Schwarzkümmel) und süss-würzige Gewürze (Gewürznelken, Macis und Kardamom). Passt auch sehr gut zu Gegrilltem wie Steak oder Kotelett. Vermischen Sie die Bone Suckin Sauce (Art.#19745 oder die Hot (Art# 19749) mit Baharat und lassen es 5min. köcheln. Dann kann der BBQ Spass beginnen.

I have been a loyal customer of Coola’s tinted sunscreen for over five years, purchasing it more than ten times on Amazon.
