Kugellager nach DIN 608 sind die Standardkugellager für Inlineskates, Skateboards.
Einlaufzeit der Lager von ca. 25 km. Danach hat sich das Fett optimal im Lager verteilt und die Lager erreichen eine gute Laufeigenschaft.
Tipp: bitte verwenden Sie immer Metall-Alu Spacer in Ihrem Inlineskates - dadurch wird die optimale Leichtläufigkeit der Rollen unterstützt .

Jarvis pocket companion

got it for nursing school at UT Tyler. Love it as it's a great little resource to haul around everywhere which has a significant amount of great information which is needed for my classes and clinicals. Highly recommend it but due note that the 8th edition contains the same information merely a few pages are numbered differently and that older edition was nearly $30 less in price. Just an FYI if looking to save a few bucks...
