Beschreibung Veget8 Vegetabler Tomatenessig

Veget8 Vegetabler Tomatenessig wird aus Cabernet Franc Eiswein und Roma Tomaten hergestellt. Dazu werden Cabernet Franc Trauben zu einem Eiswein-Essig und Roma-Tomaten zu einem Tomatenessig vergoren und anschließend gemischt.

Optik: Mittleres Granatrot

Konsistenz: Leicht viskos

Aroma-Profil: Noten von sonnengetrockneten Tomaten, grünen Früchten, Kirsche und Himbeere, frischen Kräutern, Paprika, Erde, Sellerie

Über den Hersteller

Minus 8 ist ein Weingut einer Winzer-Familie aus Niagara, Kanada. In dieser Region gibt es extreme Temperaturunterschiede zwischen heißen Sommern und kalten Wintern. Minus 8 nutzt diese für außergewöhnliche Essige und Verjus. Der Name Minus8 stammt von der Temperatur, bei der die Eiswein-Trauben für die Cuvées geerntet werden. Alle Essige und Verjus sind Cuvées verschiedener Trauben, in verschiedenen Reifestadien gepflückt oder bei den neueren Produkten von Mischungen mit Ahornsirup oder fermentierten Tomaten. Die Produkte sind wunderbar komplex im Aroma und eignen sich als Finishing für Saucen, Fleisch, Seafood, Fisch, Gemüse, in Vinaigrettes, in Aspiks, zum Glacieren oder auch für Desserts.

This annoyed him so much that he ended up taking the whole case off and eventually losing it. If they could make the plastic sheet more fitted to the screen so that the issue is fixed I would give 5 stars.
