Die Heißluft Sealing Units für Getränkekartonverpackungen umfassen zwei verschiedene Geräte. Beim Leister-Lufterhitzer LE 5000 HT-U befindet sich der Heissluftauslaß an der Oberseite. Der Leister-Lufterhitzer LE 5000 HT-S bläst die heiße Luft nach unten aus. Die Luftaustrittsöffnungen der beiden Lufterhitzer sind exakt auf das Verschweißen der Längsnaht bei Getränkekartonverpackungen abgestimmt. Durch die hervorragende Wärmedämmung der Heissluft Sealing Units wird die maximale Energie in die Schweißnaht eingebracht.
Die Sealing Units von Leister erreichen eine Produktionsgeschwindigkeit von bis zu 700 m/min und arbeiten mit einer Lufttemperatur von bis zu 900 °C. Bei den Sealing Units sind die Temperaturen und der Luftstrom sehr einfach regelbar. Dadurch ist der Heißluft-Prozess wesentlich präziser und klimafreundlicher als der Prozess mit Gasflamme. Die Pre Sealing Units bestehen aus zwei LE 5000 HT-U Lufterhitzern, die im Vorfaltbereich der von der Fortuna Spezialmaschinen GmbH gezeigten Maschine eingesetzt werden.

Do it yourself

I purchased a similar set to custom make a dining room table out of butcher block, and it turned out perfect. So with the left over butcher block I purchased these legs and made the perfect kitchen island to match. It is very sturdy and a great price. Everyone wants to know where I purchased it from. I also put a piece of the butcher block across the lower bars and made a lower shelf. Love love love this.

Plan your project right & these will look great!

These are great legs for a table. They are sturdy and go together nicely. The painted finish is well done, meaning it doesn't scratch or peel or come off easily. Also the way things were packaged was considerate of the weight and possibility of damage during shipment. There were even extra attachment screws included which was helpful since I lost one under the dishwasher.
When considering what legs to purchase for your particular table, the height, dimensions, and weight of the top all need to be factored in. I used these bar height legs under a very heavy, 7' long X 2' wide top. Common physics dictates that there will be lateral movement between the 2 "H" shaped leg sets. There HAS to be support between the 2 H leg sets to prevent that lateral movement. So these alone will not support a long table very well, because physics. This is not in any way the fault of this product. Be aware that there is more to the stability equation and be prepared to add cross bracing to your project.

Hold my computer desk top repaired

Counter height table legs are sturdy and it holds a great amount of weight. I was easy to adjust height for the table we needed to be repaired with legs. It was a great choice in repair of computer desk. I had a desk that tore apart because of the press board siding.
Took the top of of siding and repaired with these legs. I am totally satisfied
