Der Palcora Blanco Tequila wird in der angesehenen Destillerie Hacienda de Oro (NOM 1522) in Amatitán, Jalisco, hergestellt. Gelegen im berühmten Tequila Valley der Lowlands (Los Valles), verbindet die Brennerei traditionelle Handwerkskunst mit moderner Präzision. Für die Herstellung werden ausschließlich ausgewählte Blaue Weber Agaven verwendet, die in den vulkanischen Böden der Region ihre charakteristische Aromatik entwickeln.

Nach der Ernte werden die Agaven in Autoklaven schonend für 8 bis 24 Stunden gegart, um ihre natürlichen Zucker freizusetzen. Anschließend erfolgt die Extraktion mittels Walzenmühle. Die Fermentation findet in Edelstahltanks mit reinem Quellwasser statt. Dabei wird auf eine spontane Fermentation gesetzt, die ohne zugesetzte Hefen erfolgt und den natürlichen Charakter der Agave besonders authentisch bewahrt.

Im Anschluss wird der Tequila zweifach destilliert, um ein besonders klares und reines Destillat zu erhalten. Direkt nach der Destillation wird der Palcora Blanco abgefüllt, wodurch die frischen und unverfälschten Aromen der Blauen Weber Agave vollständig erhalten bleiben. Abgefüllt mit 38 % Vol. Alkohol, überzeugt dieser Premium-Tequila durch seine hohe Qualität und seine traditionelle Herstellung ohne Zuckerzusatz, Farbstoffe, Aromen oder Konservierungsstoffe.

Tasting Notes: 

Palcora Blanco präsentiert sich mit einem klaren und authentischen Charakter, der die frische Aromatik der Blauen Weber Agave in den Mittelpunkt stellt. Am Gaumen zeigt sich eine harmonische Balance aus fruchtigen und würzigen Noten, die von der Reinheit des zweifach destillierten Destillats getragen werden. Das Finish ist ausgewogen und angenehm weich.

This "valet" organizer, which is the first time I've heard that term for a product like this, is nearly perfect. I would have preferred the pad be built into the piece, however the angle of it does make it easy to grab opposed to using your finger(s) to pry it up.
