Es leitet Schweiß und Hitze deutlich effektiver ab als Synthetik. Lammfell besitzt eine Selbstreinigungskraft, stößt Schmutz ab und ist, nach Trocknung, leicht auszubürsten. Waschbar bis 30°C mit speziellem Lammfellwaschmittel.
