good story and decent writing
Format: Kindle
Many books in this genre suffer from either lack of editing or incomplete development. This is my first book from this author and i was pleasantly surprised. If it was another genre (non lesbian) i might give it a 4 but for this genre it’s definitely a 5. Looking forward to checking out more from this author.

A Time Piece
Format: Paperback
Another wonderful book by Clare Lydon. She never disappoints. The dynamics between Poppy & Eliza are on a collision course throughout the book; even though they become romantically involved, the reader is just waiting for the shoe to drop. Through three-quarters of the book, it hits the fan. A secret from Poppy's mom surprises everyone. It throws everyone for a loop. This is a book that I read in one day because I just couldn't put it down.

Hold on to your "seats", cause it's one heck of a ride!

What a ride! From page 1, this book grabs you by the throat and doesn't ease up. Even if the ending was slightly predictable, I didn't care. I was so invested in all these characters that I read the whole book in 8 hours then I stood up and literally cheered at the end of the book. One of my favourite reads of the year. This is what a suspense book should make you feel.
