Tipps zur Montage:
- Wir empfehlen vorab jede Montage von einer Fachwerkstatt durchführen zu lassen
- Bei Seitenschwelleransätzen empfehlen wir den Seitenschweller zu demontieren.
- Dafür müssen Sie die Schrauben auf der Unterseite entfernen (meistens sind es nur Clips).
- Bei manchen Modellen, müssen die Einstiegsleisten ebenfalls demontiert werden, dafür einfach mit einem flachen Plastikkeil unter die Einstiegsleiste und vorsichtig raushebeln.
- nach entfernen aller Schrauben und Clips können Sie den Seitenschweller vorsichtig rausziehen, da dieser nur noch gesteckt ist.
- Legen Sie den Seitenschweller nun auf eine Fläche, die Sie ebenfalls auch für die Montage nutzen.
- Reinigen Sie den Seitenschweller gründlich und entfetten diesen, damit der Kleber gut haften kann.
- Schauen Sie nun wie Sie den Seitenschweller am besten montieren und legen Sie den Schwelleransatz entsprechend unter den Seitenschweller(da diverse Seitenschweller individuell eingestellt werden können, je nach Wunsch des Kunden können diese entsprechend weiter rausstehen als Sie müssten)
- tragen Sie nun Flüssigkleber/Karosseriekleber (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten) auf die Oberseite des Seitenschwelleransatzes und legen Sie den Seitenschweller auf den Ansatz.
- Wir empfehlen ebenfalls den Ansatz von unten mit Schrauben an den Seitenschweller zu befestigen

Good quality, if you keep them oiled last a long time
If you keep these oiled and do not soak them, these boards last a long time. Good variety of sizes, durable (I use the larger 2 daily), and again, if you keep them oiled, easy to wipe down and haven't shown a sign of splitting. Durable as well. Would buy again.

Better than thin plastic boards
I used to use one of those thin/bendable plastic cutting boards, thinking it's easier to transfer food into pots/pans from the board, but they tend to get bent in time and they're simply too thin and I hated the feeling of my knife pretty much hitting the kitchen counter.
So, I decided to buy this set. I wanted to try a wooden board, but didn't want to spend too much in case I didn't like it, and this set had the perfect price tag and I liked the fact it came with 4 different sizes, so that I can see what size would actually be more useful.
I've been using it for 2 months now they're doing great (except one of them started splitting a bit and started showing some strange black dots on the side... possibly mold??? though I can't think of any reason why mold would grow on just one of them. Maybe it's related to the fact that it's the only one that's cracking. And this is the only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.)
Anyway, apart from that one, the rest are doing well and having 3 boards is plenty.
I like the juice groove to avoid spilling liquid on the board, as it happened so many time using the bendable plastic boards.
I'm handwashing them with dish soap. They seem to dry pretty fast, and so far no stains etc. on the surface. They're not super duper thick so even the largest one is not too difficult to handle.
I sometimes use them to serve some food like appetizers, snacks, pizzas and sandwiches, etc. too!
