Trockener Spumante Bianco Pas dosé nach klassischer Methode aus dem Veneto – mit viel Handarbeit und etwas ganz Besonderes.

Einmal jährlich veranstaltet das Weingut Fasoli aus der Provinz Verona eine Verkostung, bei der neue Ideen und Experimente diskutiert werden. Der Creaman Pas Dosé entstand nach einem dieser informellen Gespräche. Dieser Wein wurde für Weinliebhaber kreiert, die Weine suchen, die ihr Terroir zum Ausdruck bringen und bei denen die Eingriffe des Winzers lediglich dazu dienen, die Eigenschaften der Rebsorte – in diesem Fall Garganega – zu bewahren.

Nach fünf Jahren auf der Hefe behält die Garganega-Traube eine erstaunliche Frische, die Fasoli Gino bewusst unberührt liess und nicht mit einem Versandlikör oder Zucker überdeckte, um den Wein in seiner Reinheit zu erhalten.

Good Quality, Just Takes Practice
This tongue scraper seems well made and feels sturdy in the hand. I like the dual handle design because it gives a better grip and makes it easier to control while using it.
