Ohne Leistungsregler sollten Sie bei dem Brennstempel bleiben und auf einem Reststück immer mal versuchen, ob Ihnen die Temperatur, so passt.
Wenn es passt aus dem Strom stecken und Ihre Teile brennen, wenn es wieder heller wird wieder einstecken.
Wenn Sie den Brennstempel einfach 20 Minuten im Strom lassen, ist er wahrscheinlich viel zu heiß und Sie müssen ihn wieder abkühlen lassen, bevor Sie gute Abdrücke erzielen können.
Mittelbraun funktioniert am besten, dann hat man 2 - 3 Sekunden Zeit den Brennstempel ein bisschen in alle Richtungen zu wiegen und zu drücken.
Wenn der Brennstempel komplett heiß ist, müssten Sie innerhalb einer Sekunde exakt gerade aufsetzen, das ist halt schwieriger.

Da der Leistungsregler aber einfach zwischen geschaltet wird, können Sie den auch jederzeit nachbestellen. Heizelemente sind Verbrauchsmaterial und von der Garantie ausgeschlossen.

"Project Management Mastery" describes the science and art of project management in a highly accessible and insightful way. What a wonderful book on project management. The author describes what project management is, how to create a project plan, and the different phases that exist. He covers traditional project management and newer versions of it that have evolved, such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and PRINCE2. The author explains the various types of project management, what are the important tenets of each and which is best for different types of projects. He goes into a lot of detail into each phase, different software you can use, along with visualization tools available like Gantt Charts and Kanban boards. It is a good comprehensive book that goes in to detail into each area of project management, what you should do to be successful and the various places that project managers typically fail. Finally, he covers final deliverables, project closer and doing a project review and releasing resources. I thought it was a very good book, well done and one that any project manager would love to have as a resource.

It takes a talented writer to write for the expert and the beginner in the same book. But that is how Mr. Hayden writes in this book.
