In the case of the KRT-P self-laminating cable labels from Texit, the outer material has been finished with a thin protective laminate layer. Thanks to this finish, the self-laminating labels are particularly easy to handle and at the same time especially weather-resistant and robust. The marking with the help of the thermal transfer printer takes place on the plastic writing surface. After the printable upper material, the cable markers have an elongated piece of laminate foil in transparent to protect the printing. When applied, the laminate film is wrapped over the labeling. This process is called "self-laminating" because no extra laminate needs to be applied after application.

Texit's self-laminating cable labels are a cost-effective solution for permanently labeling cables. Our KRT-P0 labels for cables and wires are available in different sizes. The text field of the cable labels is between 8mm and 32mm long. Thus, cables with small cable diameters and wires as well as larger cables can be labeled with such a label.

Halogen free self-laminating cable labels

The cable labels are made of supple and robust polyalken material and adhere particularly well to cable surfaces thanks to the resistant acrylate adhesive. The self-laminating cable labels are halogen-free and UV-resistant and are therefore particularly suitable for outdoor use and in the railroad engineering and telecommunications industries. They are also often used for electrical labeling or as protective profiles under cable bridges. Since the material is halogen-free, no toxic gases are produced in the event of fire.
