Durch steinige Schiefer-und und Quarzitböden erlangen die Rieslinge eine voluminöse, elegante und aristokratische Reife, die ein sehr langes Lagerpotential besitzt. Dieses Grosse Gewächs ist ein kraftvoll mineralischer Riesling mit feinen Aromen von Aprikose von Weinbergspfirsich. Der Wein ist noch am Anfang seiner Entwicklung und zeigt bereits jetzt eine schöne Harmonie von Frucht und Mineralität. Sämtliche 23er Grossen Gewächse wurden bei Künstler mit Schraubverschluss abgefüllt. Er wurde im grossen, traditionellen Stückfass ausgebaut.
