Bereits zum zweiten Mal findet im nördlichen Ruhrgebiet die Emscherkunst statt: Mehr als 30 international renommierte Künstler befassen sich mit den städtebaulichen, ökonomischen und gesellschaftlichen Problemen der Region, die durch den Niedergang des Kohlebergbaus und die Probleme in der Stahlindustrie vor gewaltigen Herausforderungen steht. Die Ausstellung erstreckt sich entlang der Emscher von Dinslaken und Duisburg über Oberhausen und Bottrop bis nach Essen und Gelsenkirchen und begleitet als Triennale eines der größten Renaturierungsprojekte weltweit, den Emscher-Umbau. Dabei wird der Fluss im Herzen des Ruhrgebiets im Rahmen eines Generationenprojekts bis 2020 von einer offenen Abwasserkloake in ein naturnahes Gewässer verwandelt. An ungewöhnlichen Orten, wie verwilderten Brachen oder ehemaligen Industriezentren, schlägt die Kunst neue Wege ein und erweist sich als Experimentierfeld und Zukunftslabor.Ausstellung: EMSCHERKUNST.2013, Emscher-Insel 22.6.–6.10.2013

Good for heavy chewers
My Bulldog loves these toys. And are the only ones I can have last a long time the first one lasted 2 years. I put doggy toothpaste on it (in the middle krevice's) once a day and Nova chews it on and off all day. And loves to play fetch with it also.

Fantastic toy for the pups!
My dog is in LOVE with these toys. I've been buying them once a year for the past few years and although I'm sad to see the price go from $11 to $19, it's a staple toy in our house. Great for treats inside of it for enrichment, peanut butter freezes in the prong great and it keeps my girl busy.

Easily destructible
NOT for aggressive dog. My Boston Terrier is a chewer and had this destroyed in a few hours and it is a choking hazard. I threw it away the same day!!! Do not purchase if your pet is a chewer!!!
