Rebsorte: 75% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Bianco, 20% Pinot Nero

Weinbereitung: Reifung In Edelstahlbehältern für 6-8 Monate von September bis April. Zweite Gärung in der Flasche für mindesten 24 Monate bei kontrollierter Temperatur auf der Hefe. Anschliessende 6 monatige Verfeinerung in der Flasche.

Degustationsnotiz: Goldene Farbe mit feiner und anhaltender Perlage. Elegantes und harmonisches Bouquet mit blumigen und fruchtigen Noten. Am Gaumen frisch und ausgewogen.
