Voilà une espèce bien peu connue, qui est pourtant passionnante et facile à élever !!
Non, ce n’est pas un phasme, mais un criquet. Pourtant son élevage en est très similaire.
C’est un criquet originaire de Guyane française. Il est surnommé le criquet à tête de cheval.
Terrarium Pseudoproscopia latirostris :
Il est recommandé de se munir d’un terrarium à une température de 25 °C avec 1 pulvérisation par jour.
Le terrarium doit être assez grand, car les femelles peuvent mesurer jusqu’à 18 cm.
De plus, cela facilitera la ponte et les sauts du Pseudoproscopia latirostris.
Il faudra aussi prévoir du sable dans le fond du vivarium pour que la femelle puisse pondre ses oothèques dans le sol, de 5 à 10 cm de profondeur.

Picky dog approved!

I have wasted so much money on dog balls that they won't even pick up! They finally were obsessed with the Kong rubber green/blue or red/blue ones, but they're $3+. each, and they break from the dogs squishing it. I honestly had zero expectations on these, and they BOTH picked them up on the first throw! That's huge!!
Seem to work fine in the ChuckIt.
As for the squeaker, at first I was like "Oh nooooo." when they both loudly started! Much to my (and my neighbors') happiness, the squeakers stopped working after a couple minutes. 🤣
