Anwendungshinweise
Du fragst dich, wie du das Ganze anwendest? Hier ist deine Schritt-für-Schritt Anleitung: Gieße die gewünschte Menge Vertargil Grüne Lehm langsam in eine nichtmetallische Schüssel oder einen Behälter mit der gleichen Menge Wasser. Ruhe bewahren und eine Weile stehen lassen, bis der Lehm das Wasser gut aufgenommen hat. Überschüssiges Wasser abgießen und fertig sind deine selbstgemachten Lehm-Nudeln!

Ein kleiner Tipp: Am besten Regen-, Quell-, Mineral- oder destilliertes Wasser verwenden, da Leitungswasser oft Chlor enthält, das die Wirkung des Lehms beeinträchtigen kann. Die restlichen Nudeln kannst du aufbewahren, solange sie unter einer Wasserschicht bleiben und nicht mit Luft in Kontakt kommen. Also bitte nicht verschließen!

I believe this book took a lot of courage to write. To me she did a great job of not showing bitterness just love, confusion, and taking back the power.
