Die empfohlene Verzehrempfehlung für Erwachsene lautet 2 Tabletten pro Tag, über einen Zeitraum von mindestens 3 Monaten. Während der Einnahme des Produktes ist darauf zu achten das dem Körper genügend Flüssigkeit zugeführt wird. Da Präparat kann dauerhauft, ohne Unterbrechungen, oder in Form einer Kur konsumiert werden.
