Techpro Mikrofaser ist Öko-Tex-zertifiziert, enthält keine Schadstoffe und entspricht den gesetzlichen Beschränkungen.
– Tecno-4 Push System: Der Mechanismus mit einem einzigen Rotor zur Reduzierung des Schuhgewichts garantiert einen mikrometrischen und präzisen Verschluss. Hervorzuheben ist die Geschwindigkeit der Spannungsfreigabe, die im Vergleich zu anderen Sidi-Mechanismen deutlich verbessert ist. – Hochsicherer Klettverschluss: Klettverschluss, der den vorderen Teil des Schuhs verschließt. Es ist in Kunststoffzähnen versteckt, die beim Schließen des Gürtels befestigt werden. Dieses System macht den Verschluss sicherer und verhindert, dass sich der Riemen verrutscht.
– Integrierte Ferse: Die Ferse ist integriert, neu gestaltet und leicht, verstärkt, um Verformungen nach längerer Belastung und Druck zu vermeiden. – Vent Carbon 16-Sohle: Verwendet einen leichten und austauschbaren Polyurethan-Absatz zur Verbesserung der Gehbarkeit und einen integrierten und austauschbaren Lufteinlass. Die Hauptvorteile sind nicht nur eine bessere Kraftübertragung dank seiner Leichtigkeit und Steifigkeit, sondern auch ein höherer Komfort bei hohen Temperaturen. Es ist mit einer integrierten Entlüftung und Luftkanälen zur Belüftung und Wärmeableitung ausgestattet. Für optimalen Komfort zu jeder Jahreszeit kann die Belüftungsöffnung geöffnet oder geschlossen werden. Es ist handgefertigt und besteht ausschließlich aus gewebter Kohlefaser, was die Steifigkeit maximiert und gleichzeitig ein Minimum an kontrollierter Biegung der Spitze ermöglicht. Diese sorgfältig gestaltete biomechanische Krümmung entlastet die Plantarsehnen und trägt zur Verbesserung der Durchblutung bei. Auf der Sohle ist eine Stollenausrichtungsskala aufgedruckt, die eine Vorwärts- und Rückwärtsverstellung von 10 mm ermöglicht und die Möglichkeit bietet, die Position des Look-Stollens zu speichern, was den Austausch erleichtert. Beim Triathlon fungiert die Entlüftung auch als Wasserabfluss und verbessert so den Komfort des Fußes nach dem Durchqueren des Wassers deutlich.

Covers lots of important topics

12 Universal Skills by Peter Scheele and Nina Bech-Andersen is one of those books that comes across as something that should be taught in a college level classroom. If I was going to rename the book, I would call it How to Work With People. This is a general skill that we never really learn much about, but so much of our lives both professionally and personally are based around this idea. Some of the topics included here are how to solve conflicts with others, how to manage your time, and how to work as part of a team. These are skills that we are expected to practice as we make our way through school, but are never truly taught to us making them areas of weakness that need to be addressed. If you are starting a career, just getting out of school, or are simply looking for ways to improve yourself then this is a a great read for you.
