Für weitere Einsatzbereiche sind folgende Pektine erhältlich: - gelbes Pektin, Pectin Jaune (für Fruchtpasten und feste Füllungen) - Pectin X58 (für Überguss ohne Fruchtmark) - Pectin RS 150 - Rapid Set (für Konfitüre/Marmelade) - Pectagel 843 (für Fruchttopping und glasiertes Eis) - Pectin NH - Nappage (universal für Überguss und Füllungen mit Fruchtmark) Das Pektin löst sich bei 80/85°C rasch auf.
