Das neue Design ist eine Abkehr von dem traditionellen Rot, Orange und Schwarz, an das wir uns im Laufe der Jahre gewöhnt haben, und wird stark vom PEARL EDITION beeinflusst, mit dem das Team bei der diesjährigen Tour de France gefahren ist.

Die Farben und das Design der PEARL EDITION zollen der Perlenindustrie Tribut, die seit Jahrhunderten das Rückgrat der Wirtschaft Bahrains bildet und das Land zu einem florierenden Handelszentrum gemacht hat.

Neben der Hauptfarbe des Rahmens in Weiß/Perle verweisen goldene Details auf das Königreich Bahrain, während die türkisfarbenen Akzente die beiden Meere repräsentieren, die die Küste des Landes umgeben.

Der Übergang von Schwarz zu Marineblau entlang des Oberrohrs und innerhalb der Gabeln bezieht sich auf die Nachhaltigkeitsziele der UCI, zu denen sich das Team BAHRAIN VICTORIOUS vollständig verpflichtet hat.

Es ist ein zentrales Ziel für das Team und seine Partner, ihren CO2-Fußabdruck zu reduzieren, im Einklang mit der Vorgabe der UCI, die Emissionen bis 2030 zu reduzieren, sowie zukünftige Generationen zu inspirieren und eine breitere Akzeptanz des Radfahrens als nachhaltige Form des Transports und der Bewegung zu fördern.

THESE PILLOWS, complete with the Beckham cooling pillowcases are chef's kiss. They feel like they’ve been in the fridge. Literally. Now do they stay that way, of course not. But they’re cool enough for me to fall asleep. And if I wake, I use the other side. And if I keep another on standby, I am literally finding the cool side of the pillow all night long. I’m not exaggerating either. These pillows are cool WITH the cooling pillowcases. You can’t use a pillow protector though, even if it’s cotton. It will ruin the effect. And you must use the cooling pillowcases. Do both, and you won’t be disappointed.

Wish I had sent it back for a refund when I got it.
