SP009 Realistischer Peniszylinder XL glasklar von Fröhle aus festem Polycarbonat mit Anschluss oben. In anatomischer Penisform – nimmt zusätzlich die Hoden in den Saugzylinder auf. In Kombination mit einer Vakuumpumpe (inkl. Anschlussschlauch und Druckregulierer) von Fröhle anzuwenden. Inklusive PVC-Steckmanschette (austauschbar).

Eine Penispumpe bewirkt durch ein Vakuum (Unterdruck) im Zylinder, dass sich der Penis mit Blut füllt und in den erigierten Zustand versetzt wird - auch bei erektiler Dysfunktion. Der Penis kann größer werden und nimmt auch an Umfang zu. Mit genügend Training und Zeit können auch langfristig Verbesserungen erzielt werden.
