Die Firma Makita bietet mit dem DF 332 einen leichten und kompakten Akku Bohrschrauber. Das Gerät verfügt über ein 2-Gang Getriebe  mit 35 / 21 Nm. Durch die integrierte LED hat man auch an schlecht ausgeleuchteten Orten immer den perfekten Blick auf das Werkstück. Durch den bürstenlosen Motor wird sowohl die Langlebigkeit der Maschine erhöht, als auch die Bauweise der Maschine kompakter gehalten und das Gewicht reduziert. Durch den Tiefenentladeschutz schaltet die Maschine automatisch ab, wenn der Akku fast leer ist um diesen zu schützen.
