Herstellung & Reifung

Als Teil der innovativen Càraid Ìleach-Reihe (gälisch für „Freund von Islay") wurde dieser außergewöhnliche Single Malt ausschließlich in Oloroso Sherry Quarter Casks gereift. Die kleineren Quarter Casks beschleunigen die Reifung und intensivieren den Kontakt zwischen Whisky und Holz, was zu einer bemerkenswerten Aromentiefe und Komplexität führt.

Ohne Kühlfilterung und ohne Farbstoffzusatz abgefüllt, präsentiert sich dieser Islay-Whisky in seiner authentischsten Form. Die Kombination aus dem charakteristischen Torfrauch der Ardnahoe Destillerie und den süßen, fruchtigen Noten der Oloroso-Fässer schafft ein harmonisches Gleichgewicht zwischen Kraft und Eleganz.
