Mettez vos phasmes dans un vivarium pour qu'ils aient un minimum d'espace (30 cm de longueur sont suffisants).

 

Température pour Aretaon sp "Palawan" :

 Au niveau des températures, 20 °C suffisent, mais ils se développeront plus rapidement à des températures plus élevées entre 22 et 26 °C. Vaporisateur de temps à autre d'eau minérale vos phasmes, et surtout : observez-les à loisir !

 Ils se nourrissent de végétaux uniquement, de  lierre, chêne, hêtre, châtaignier, ronces, framboisier, aubépine, viorne ( ou  Viburnum rhytidophyllum ) .

 

  

Élevage Aretaon sp "Palawan"  :

Si vous souhaitez faire un élevage de ces phasmes, sachez que les femelles laissent tomber les œufs directement sur le sol. Vous pouvez donc soit les laisser éclore, soit les récolter pour les faire éclore dans un vivarium séparé.
