- Tatsächliches Planenmaß: ca. 80-100 cm größer
- Rundum mit Ösen (ca. 1 Meter Abstand)
- Wasserdicht, Lichtundurchlässig und UV-Beständig
- Befestigungsschnur und Spannschloss im Lieferumfang enthalten
Hinweis: Die auswählbaren Maße entsprechen dem Beckeninnenmaß. Die Planen besitzen ab Werk ein Übermaß für eine ausreichende Abdeckung bzgl. der Winterabsenkung des Poolwassers oder wenn z.B. Beckenrandsteine vorhanden sind.

So bereiten Sie Ihren Pool für die Überwinterung vor:
- Bevor der Pool winterfest gemacht wird, sollten Sie Laub, Insekten und Kalkablagerungen im Vorfeld entfernen.
- Überprüfen Sie den pH-Wert und stellen ihn ggf. auf 7,0 - 7,4 ein.
- Führen Sie eine Stoßchlorung mit PoolsBest® Chlortabs S 20g - schnelllöslich oder PoolsBest® Chlorgranulat S schnelllöslich 56% Aktivchlor bei laufender Umwälzung durch, damit bereits bestehende Verunreinigungen nicht "überwintert" werden.
- Senken Sie den Wasserspiegel bei Stilllegung bis ca. 10 cm unter die Einlaufdüse(n) ab.
- Geben Sie PoolsBest® Überwinterungskonzentrat in der notwendigen Menge an verschiedenen Stellen im Becken zu.
- Entleeren Sie Außenrohrleitungen.
- Legen Sie Eisdruckpolster zum Ausgleich des Eisdrucks ins Becken (keine Pflicht, aber sinnvoll).
- Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Anbauteile winterfest eingelagert werden, wie z.B. Poolleiter, Sandfilteranlage, Gegenstromanlage, Wärmepumpe.
- Decken Sie den Pool mit einer Winterabdeckplane ab.
Achtung: Die Abdeckung ist nicht begehbar und keine Sicherung gegen Unfälle.

The definitive how-to guide to get started flipping houses

This is the perfect book to get started flipping houses. It is comprehensive and knowledgeable. It includes all the basic information you must learn to have a shot at being successful. It also goes into great detail on many aspects of flipping. The answers to questions you have and even questions you didn't know you had are all in there. Many thanks to Elisa for this awesome book and great videos on her YouTube channel.

Must have step by step practical guide, including hard-learned lessons from the author - really appreciate the down to earth style and delivery of this book - giving away golden nuggets of wisdom and tools - able to apply immediately to real life house flipping! A wealth of knowledge in this book
Format: Spiral-bound, Format: Spiral-bound
The book is filled with great information. The author covers lots of things that the average person may not think of. Things like where to get the house that you want to flip. Keeping in mind the distance from where you live. Little things that could turn into big things.
Everything is touched upon from deciding which house to get to selling your flip, and how to build your team of people that will help you. There’s also some digital assets that can be download which is extremely helpful. I have never flipped a house but I am interested in doing it one day. This book gave me an idea of the reality of flipping houses.
If you’re interested in flipping houses I recommend buying this book. It’s a perfect book for beginners such as myself. I think it’s a good value for the amount of information on it’s pages.
I find the spiral bound method of binding this book interesting in the fact that I can flip the pages around without creasing a binding. The paper its printed on is not the highest quality but it’s really the information within the book that’s important and it contains a lot of information.
