Egal, ob als reine Eigengewichtsübung oder mit Zusatzgewicht ausgeführt; Dip Barren dürfen in keinem Home Gym fehlen. Die Train Hard® Dip Barren sind leichte, aber dennoch sehr stabile Dip Barren, die sich schnell und mühelos am Rack anbringen und verstellen lassen.
Der Train Hard® Dip Barren ist kompatibel mit jedem Rack mit 6 x 6 cm Pfostenmaß. Dieses Zubehörteil bietet zahlreiche Übungsmöglichkeiten. Die variable Griffweite liegt zwischen circa 47 cm und 62 cm, bei einem Griffdurchmesser von Ø 40 mm.
Die Ergonomie ist optimal, und die Positionierung am Rack ermöglicht uneingeschränkte Bewegungsfreiheit.

For me, it changed everything in my understanding of these Jewish groups that suddenly "appear" in Matthew when you turn the page from Malachi. Who were the Saducees? The Pharisees? Where did they come from? The Davidic loyalists? The Herodians? The Essenes? It was brilliantly documented with great charts tying history to specific scripture. It also sheds meaningful light also on the ongoing political intrigue of the middle east. Loved this book and highly recommend it.
