Roggengrieß ist reich an Proteinen, unterstützt die Verdauung und ist leicht bekömmlich.
Der Roggen stammt aus den Anbauflächen rund um die Rätze-Mühle und somit ist der Anbau und die Herstellung 100% regional und natürlich

Für die Verarbeitung wurden keine chemischen Zusatzstoffe verwendet. Dies ist auch deutlich am Geschmack erkennbar.
