Der Pernand-Vergelesses blanc 2023 von Jean-Baptiste Boudier zeigt die besonders frische und mineralische Seite der Côte de Beaune. Die kalkreichen Höhenlagen rund um Pernand verleihen dem Chardonnay eine präzise salzige Spannung und eine elegante, geradlinige Struktur. Boudier arbeitet bewusst terroirgeprägt und transparent, wodurch der Wein sehr klar und burgundisch wirkt.

2023 zeigt sich lebendig und energiegeladen, gleichzeitig aber unglaublich harmonisch und fokussiert. Der Chardonnay verbindet feine Frische mit subtiler Würze und einer sehr präzisen kalkigen Mineralität. Statt auf opulente Cremigkeit oder dominanten Holzeinsatz setzt der Wein klar auf Balance, Eleganz und Spannung. Gerade diese Verbindung aus Frische und Tiefe macht den Pernand-Vergelesses besonders charaktervoll.
