Fußer Weingut | 2023 Hoheburg Riesling Erste Lage

Der Hoheburg Riesling aus dem Weingut Fußer ist ein Biowein, der nach biodynamischen Prinzipien hergestellt wird. Die Trauben stammen aus der ersten Lage Hoheburg, östlich des Reiterpfades, auf einem gelben Sandstein-, Lehm- und Löss-Boden.

Handlese und Traditionelle Vinifikation

Die Trauben werden von Hand gelesen und spontan im Stahltank vergoren. Der Wein reift 11 Monate auf der Vollhefe, wird ungeschönt abgefüllt und nur leicht filtriert. Dadurch behält er seine natürlichen Aromen und Struktur bei.

Einzigartiger Terroir-Wein

Der Hoheburg Riesling präsentiert sich straff und elegant mit einer wunderbaren Säurestruktur und Mineralität. Das Weingut Fußer zählt zu den besten Riesling-Produzenten an der Mittelhaardt und zeigt mit diesem Wein sein Können im Anbau und Ausbau großartiger Terroir-Weine.
