Der Tortenring ist 15 cm hoch und ermöglicht durch die extra angebrachten Griffe ein müheloses Einstellen. Durch die außen angebrachte Skalierung kann die fertige Tortengröße einfach abgelesen werden. Er ist auch zum Backen bis 230 °C geeignet. So over $70. down the drain for me. The company refunded me for all 3 items. They stand behind their product. Perhaps I have a sensitivity or something of an allergy to an ingredient or 2 in the formulas. I followed instructions and it was after about a week and a half of use I just had to stop.
