Beim Helios H850 hat der Patient die Möglichkeit zwischen Demand- oder Konstant-Modus zu wählen. Die Nutzungsdauer beträgt bis zu 22 Stunden bei Einstellung 2 im Demand-Modus, sowie 6 Stunden im Konstant-Modus bei Einstellung 2 l/min.
Das Gerät kann am stationären Vorratsbehälter z. B. Helios 46 oder Liberator schnell und leicht befüllt werden.
Ein praktischer Rucksack und ein Transportcaddy sind optional erhältlich.
