Sie können Smartphones, iPads und Tablets zur Anzeige von Navigationsdaten verwenden, zusätzlich zu den Standardinstrumenten und MfD von Drittanbietern.Diese Paket verwendet hochwertige, präzise Sensoren für Tiefe, Geschwindigkeit, Wind, Kurs und GPS-Daten vom Boot aus. Die Daten können auch mit anderen Geräten im NMEA 2000-Netzwerk ausgetauscht werden.
iSeaSense ist einfach zu installieren. Erhältlich in zwei Versionen, ist alles im Lieferumfang enthalten, was den Kauf und die Installation erleichtert. Es wird auch keine zusätzliche App benötigt, da der iSeaSense WLAN-Server seine eigenen grafischen und numerischen Anzeigeseiten erstellt, die über einen Browser auf jedem Mobilgerät angezeigt werden können.
iSeaSense enthält den WND100 Windgeber mit einem 20 m langen Kabel und einer “T”-Stecker direkt zum NMEA 2000-Netzwerk. Dies bedeutet, dass keine NMEA 2000-Kabel, Stecke oder unzuverlässige Terminator an der Mastspitze erforderlich sind.
iSeaSense enthält auch einen Tiefen-, Geschwindigkeits- und Temperatursensor. Ein Sensor zur Erkennung von Krängung ist ebenfalls enthalten.
Ein komplettes NMEA-2000- Kabelset und eine drahtlose Schnittstelle sind ebenfalls enthalten. Das Paket enthält auch ein Ersatz-NMEA-Kabel und einen Stecke für zusätzliche NMEA-2000-Geräte, wie z. B. ein Multifunktionsdisplay oder Digital Yacht-Instrumente.
iSeaSense hat eine einfach zu bedienende Web-Schnittstelle. Es ist keine zusätzliche Software oder App erforderlich. Öffnen Sie einfach den Browser auf einem angeschlossenen Gerät und melden Sie sich bei iSeaSense.local an.
Sie können den Windgeber über die Webschnittstelle von iSeaSense kalibrieren. Außerdem werden wahre und scheinbare Windgeschwindigkeit und -winkel sowie VMG-Berechnungen angezeigt.
Das Webinterface läuft auf auf iOS, Android, PC und MAC (jeder Standard-Webbrowser), sowie auf E-Ink-Displays wie Kindle und E-Book. Es unterstützt bis zu 3 verbundene Geräte mit schnellen 5-Hz-Updates.
Die Daten können auch von den meisten beliebten Navigations-Apps und -Software wie Navionics, NV Charts, TZ iBoat, OpenCPN, SailGrib, etc. verwendet werden.

Must Have Book for Investors or Sponsors/GPs wanting to Invest in Multifamily Properties!
Format: Paperback
If you understand the math and numbers associated with investing in real estate, this book will help you underwrite any multifamily property. Not only does Robert's book discuss how to gather the information needed for underwriting, he goes into detail on how sponsors can manipulate the numbers. This is a great book for knowledge on the pros and cons of varied partnership structures and how each can create an alignment of interest between limited partners (LPs) and general partners (GPs). Overall, this is a great easy read book.

Basic knowledge of underwriting is necessary to understand.
Format: Paperback
This is a great guide for underwriting multifamily deals for someone with some basic to moderate knowledge of underwriting. I am a new student to this field and have to stop and google some of the acronyms. For a future version, I think adding an extra page for the acronyms used, definition and equation would be helpful. I think that the font could be larger and darker. Adding mathematical formulas in the book would provide visualization as well. Rob can also provide a sample OM for the reader to use with his underwriting model and compare to his completed one. Again, I am a newbie so my review may change as I gain knowledge in this area. I enjoyed listening to Rob on Youtube/Podcast and hope to learn more from him.

great read for underwriters of multifamily deals
Format: Kindle
Rob lays out a succinct and thorough summary of his underwriting process, questions industry standards while sharing his opinions, and discusses risk management and analyses for deals during the underwriting process. Highly recommend for newer and more seasoned underwriters and investors to build or sharpen multifamily underwriting fundamentals and details. He also shares his model as the example.
