Combine your forces and efficiently treat the patients entering the hospital, but be careful, because mistakes can be priceless in Rush MD!
'Rush MD is an innovative, real-time, cooperative board game that simulates the challenging and high-pressure nature of the medical profession. A worker placement mechanic using hourglasses as workers allows, but also limits, players to perform a multitude of actions. Each player controls 1 Doctor Hourglass who runs around the hospital, receiving patients, providing direct medical care, performing various types of examinations and operations. In addition, there are 4 Nurse Hourglasses, which can be used by all players. Nurses provide patients with medications, supplying all the necessary medications and equipment you need to perform all your examinations and medical procedures. Any worker placed on an action space cannot be used elsewhere until the sand in the hourglass runs out, making every decision important because time is limited.
The game can be played by 1-4 players and lasts 4 rounds of 4 minutes each. That means you have just 16 minutes to treat several patients, overcome many difficulties and challenges and work efficiently with your teammates, joining forces to help as many of your patients as possible. A highly thematic experience that is as rewarding for gamers as it is for families, filled with fun, challenges and sharp decision-making!
