ECHTE MEXIKANISCHE KÜCHE
𝐄𝐈𝐍𝐅𝐀𝐂𝐇𝐄 𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐇𝐀𝐁𝐔𝐍𝐆 – Der Teig wird mit dem Ausstecher ausgestochen, der portionierte Teig wird im Anschluss zum Befüllen in die Form gelegt. Nachdem die Füllung auf der Teigscheibe verteilt wurde, muss die Form noch geschlossen und fest zugedrückt werden. Schon sind die Homemade Empanadas bereit für den Backofen.
𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐙𝐈𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐒 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐍 – Die Zickzack-Ränder der Teigtaschenformer sorgen einerseits für die schöne traditionelle Optik der Empanadas, als auch für das vollständige Verschließen der Teigtaschen (Repulgue). Dies ist wichtig, da somit sicher gestellt ist, dass die Empanadas nicht im Backofen aufgehen. Zudem lässt sich die Empanada Form aufgrund der geformten Griffe einfach Handhaben.
𝐌𝐀ß𝐄 – Die zwei schwarzen Empanada Maker aus Kunststoff haben einen Durchmesser von 15,5 cm, die Keramik Bowls haben jeweils eine Füllmenge von 120 ml und eignen sich somit perfekt als Dip-Schalen. Der Ausstecher aus Edelstahl besitzt einen Durchmesser von 15 cm. Das beiliegende Messer ist 16 cm lang.
𝐕𝐈𝐄𝐋𝐅Ä𝐋𝐓𝐈𝐆 𝐄𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐄𝐓𝐙𝐁𝐀𝐑 – Das Empanada-Set eignet sich außerdem optimal für das Herstellen von frischer Pasta wie Ravioli, Pierogi und Tortellini, als auch Maultaschen oder einer Mini-Calzone. Im Allgemeinen sind sie für jegliche süße und salzige Knet- und Blätterteige geeignet. Einem perfekten Abend mit traditionellen hausgemachten Empanadas steht somit nichts mehr im Weg!
