Was ist C8 MCT-Öl?

Das Simply Keto Peak C8 ist ein hochwertiger Extrakt aus Kokosöl. Dabei wurde genau die Fettsäure extrahiert, die vom Körper besonders schnell aufgenommen werden kann, nämlich Caprylsäure (C8). Sie wird am schnellsten verstoffwechselt und bildet so direkt die meisten Ketone. Diese besondere Fettsäure ist in Kokosöl nur zu einem kleinen Teil enthalten. Kokosöl besteht zu einem Großteil aus anderen Fettsäuren, die zwar zu den mittelkettigen Fettsäuren zählen, sich aber verhalten wie langkettige Fettsäuren und daher nicht so schnell gespalten werden können. Daher wirkt Kokosöl anders als MCT-Öl.

Für das Simply Keto Peak C8-Öl verzichten wir komplett auf Capronsäure (C6). MCT-Öl mit C6-Säuren ist günstiger in der Herstellung, hat aber einen schlechten Geschmack und kann zu Magen-Darm-Problemen führen.

Tipp: Wenn du nach der Einnahme von MCT-Öl Probleme mit deiner Verdauung hast, dann kann das daran liegen, dass dein MCT-Öl noch C6-Fettsäuren enthält, die nicht angegeben sind.

Wie wirkt MCT-Öl?

MCT-Öl wird direkt über die Leber in sogenannte Ketonkörper umgewandelt. Ketonkörper dienen in der Ketose als Energiequelle. Es gibt zwei verschiedene Arten von Stoffwechseln: zum einen die eben genannte Ketose und zum anderen den Glukose-Stoffwechsel. Im Glukose-Stoffwechsel dienen Kohlenhydrate als primärer Energieträger, in der Ketose übernehmen diese Rolle Ketonkörper, die im Körper aus Fett gebildet werden. Da C8-Fettsäuren besonders schnell aufgespalten werden können, erfreut sich dieses MCT-Öl einer großen Beliebtheit in der ketogenen Ernährung. Denn Ketose und die damit verbundene Ketonkörperbildung ist hierbei das Ziel.

Great for the entire family but expensive
So far so good. The brand of boxers we had been buying changed their style and construction so we needed to find an alternative. These have held up well so far to multiple weeks of frequent washing and wearing from the entire family. We did size up from the usual 6/M we normally buy and ordered large to prevent the legs from rolling up which worked out great. Our daughter likes the length and how soft the fabric is for wearing under skirts and gym shorts and liners stay put without moving or leaking as another reviewer mentioned. Our son says they are comfortable and fit well being just supportive enough without being constrictive. We all agree that there seems to be not enough fabric in the back as they tend to be much tighter across the backside than the front and that also causes the waist band to ride lower in the back than the front. These have better seam placement than some brands we tried with no seam across the lady bits and no seam down the middle of the back side so they are more much comfortable but the cost is also much higher and that is why we're only giving it 4 stars. These will stay in the rotation until we find something cheaper that both us and the kids like.
