Den Teig auf dem Boden und den Seiten einer gefetteten Kuchenform mit 22 cm Durchmesser ausrollen. Die Zubereitung für die Sahne zusammen mit der kalten Milch und der Sahne in einen Behälter geben und eine Minute lang vorsichtig verrühren, bis eine Creme entsteht. Die Sahne auf den Boden gießen und bei 130° C (bei minimaler Umluft) 1h und 15m/ 1h und 30m backen, bis die Oberfläche des Kuchens goldbraun ist. Vor dem Servieren mindestens 4 Stunden im Kühlschrank lagern. Smoother skin in no time
