Der dritte Rognet-Jahrgang von Henri & Gilles Buisson in unserem Sortiment — und der reifste. 2020 war in Burgund ein warmer, sonniger Jahrgang, und der Corton Grand Cru profitiert davon mit grosszuegiger Frucht und einer samtigen Textur. Biodynamischer Anbau auf dem eisenhaltigen Kalkstein des Corton-Huegels, spontane Vergaerung, langer Ausbau im Fass.

Dieser Wein duftet nach reifen dunklen Kirschen, Pflaume, Schokolade und einem Hauch Tabak. Am Gaumen vollmundig und umhuellend, mit geschliffenen Tanninen und einer wuerzigen Tiefe, die an Zimt, Gewuerznelke und gerosteten Kaffee erinnert. Die Saeure ist weicher als beim 2021er, aber immer noch praesent genug, um dem Wein Struktur und Laenge zu geben. Ein Grand Cru in seiner zugaenglichsten Form.

Der 2020er laesst sich bereits jetzt mit Genuss oeffnen, hat aber noch mindestens zehn Jahre vor sich. Hervorragend zu geschmortem Rindfleisch mit Trueffel, einem kraeftigen Wildgericht oder einem grossen Kaesebuffet. Dekantieren Sie ihn eine Stunde vor dem Servieren fuer optimale Entfaltung.
