Vengeance: Roll & Fight is a real-time, roll-and-write game where the frenetic action around the table mimics the kick-ass fighting action in the game world! Vengeance: Roll & Fight is set in the world of Vengeance and was designed by Dávid Turczi, Noralie Lubbers and Gordon Calleja. Build combos, defeat enemies and score points!

The objective of Vengeance: Roll & Fight is to infiltrate a gang lair, fight your way through the rooms and kill the Boss, while completing the side objectives printed on the rooms themselves.

The game is divided into three parts: planning, fighting and recovery. In the planning phase, players roll and reroll 4 dice in real time, with the goal of rolling a combination of dice that corresponds to an ability they want to activate in the upcoming battle phase. By assigning dice to an ability, players can refill their hand to four dice from a large, common pool and repeat the process as quickly as they can.

Once the dice pool runs out, the battle begins. Here, players take a set of dice assigned to a skill and perform that skill, moving their playing piece through rooms full of enemies. Finally, players heal and upgrade their characters, bringing new skills and items into the game to aid them on their path to revenge.

Vengeance: Roll & Fight comes in two boxes: Episode 1 and Episode 2. Both episodes are standalone games with the same rules, but with completely different content: different heroes, locations, bad guys, skills and items. Each episode is for up to four players, so combining the two increases the player count to eight! The content in both episodes can be switched as desired.
