Vincent Girardin gründete sein Unternehmen 1980 mit bescheidenen 2 Hektar Weinbergen in der Côte de Beaune, die er von seiner Familie geerbt hatte. Daraus ist eine Patchwork-Sammlung der Grand-Cru- und Premier-Cru-Weinberge der Region geworden, aus denen eine wunderschöne Auswahl klassischer Burgunderweine hergestellt wird. Meursault ist eine der beständigsten großartigen Appellationen der Côte de Beaune und wird ebenso hoch geschätzt wie sein südlicher Nachbar Puligny-Montrachet. Die Reben sind in kalkhaltigen Böden verwurzelt und bringen einen distinguierten, mineralischen Burgundergeschmack hervor. Dieser Wein wird aus 50 Jahre alten Chardonnay-Rebstöcken gekeltert und ist ein wirklich beeindruckendes Beispiel. Das Bouquet dominieren Noten von Mineralität, frischer Vegetation, Zitrusfrüchten und gerösteten Nüssen. Der Wein reifte 15 Monate lang in französischen Eichenfässern, die ihm ein rundes und butterartiges Mundgefühl verleihen. Wenn man ihm etwas Zeit zum Altern gibt, wird dieser Meursault-Wein noch weicher und die Eichennoten entwickeln sich weiter. Very sturdy

When we go camping, we use these Dixie plates a lot. They’re very sturdy and the cleanup is easy Peezy. The design is bright and cheerful are easy to use. It’s the great size for dinner plates and they also have smaller size plates as well as bowls. They’re very durable and we’ll hold up on heavy foods. We always keep a good supply on hand because when you’re on vacation, you don’t want to wash the dishes. They are great you’re using them and you throw them away or you can burn them.
