Wir bieten hier eine nahezu spielfreie Schaltstangenführung für den VW T3 2WD an. Passend für alle 5 Gang und die neuere 4 Gang Schaltstangenführung ab Modelljahr 1986. Der Schaltstangendurchmesser beträgt 20mm. 

Die gedruckten Gehäuse sind aus kohlenstofffaserverstärktem Polyamid-Filament. Sie sind witterungs-, öl- und temperaturbeständig bis 180 °C.

Diese Führungsbuchse besteht aus dem hoch verschleißfesten iglidur W300. Dieses Material bietet eine lange Lebensdauer, ohne dass Schmierung erforderlich ist. Diese sind für den Betrieb ohne Fett entwickelt worden. Daher ist es wichtig auch die Faltenbalge zu tauschen. Bereits eingebaute Faltenbalge haben Fettrückstände, welche nicht für diese Führungsbuchsen gedacht sind.

Die Führung genießt den Vorteil einer exakten Schaltung - kein Schmieren des Schaltgestänges mehr, keine Schwergängigkeit durch Verkleben oder Verschmutzen des alten Fettes.

Dieses Set besteht aus:

  • Führungsbuchse hinten am Getriebe, ersetzt 251 711 207 D
  • Führungsbuchse vorne Nähe Tank, ersetzt 251 711 207 E
  • 2x Faltenbalg 251 711 167 F für Führungslager hinten / Ersatz für die verbauten
  • Schraubenset zur Montage inkl. Einbauanleitung

Solltet ihr ein älteres Baujahr mit der Schaltstange Ø 18mm haben in Kombination mit einem Umbau auf 5. Gang, sprich Gestänge verlängert und hinten Ø20mm, sprecht uns an. Auch hier können wir etwas anbieten.

Mit dem Tausch dieser Produkte bekommt ihr eine Schaltung die Spaß macht, nahezu spiel- und wartungsfrei.

Noticed the only negative reviews were because the hooks would not fit and was sort of concerned about that, but I figured it might be one of those things where it’s the person’s fault not the product. Sure enough it was. The hook fits, yea you have to push it in there with a slight bit of force, but it definitely does fit. What those people don’t realize is that by design the hooks are like that to keep a firm hold onto the tray itself. I found it funny how mad people were about that when really it’s very very simple to make it work. Nice product sticks well, seems sturdy.

Good product, lousy instructions

This is a good product with terrible instructions. I’ve used this adhesive strip before so I know how to install the basket & how to remove the strip. To get a snug fit position one of the basket's vertical wires in the middle of one of the horizontal bars then press down hard until you hear it snap into place, it’s now snug & will not tip over. To remove the adhesive strip I used a putty knife & wiggled it underneath the strip until I had loosened & lifted enough of it to get a good grip & pull the rest off. Mine is installed on a ceramic tile back splash not in the sink so this method did not damage the tile, can't say what it would do to stainless steel. I'm a 72 y/o woman with arthritis, if I can get the adhesive off anyone can.

Works well, but very difficult to remove!

Perspective: Ive had this caddy for 3 years and it has suited me well. Over time the hooks that hold the caddy in place loosened and the caddy would occasionally fall off the side of the sink wall. Not a huge deal, just a small inconvenience. Over time it started to happen more often because the plastic hooks completely lost their grip so I decided to replace it. Well it literally took me 3 days to get it off of the side of my sink. Using different tools to jimmy it off because the adhesive is sooo strong (which is a good thing, until you are looking to remove it). It took a razor blade and several bouts of goo gone to get the whole thing off as well as the leftover adhesive. The fact that it lasted for 3 years is a testament that it is a good product, but it lost several stars for the drama and pain and suffering it took to remove. I wont be buying another one.

The adhesive is very strong to the point where I needed to use a tool to get it off while moving, so you’ll never have to worry about it popping off your sink! I can only figure that this fits in all sinks because at my old apartment I had a very small sink the only thing I didn’t like due to having a small sink my rag was always touching the bottom of the sink and there wasn’t any space left in the side I had it on. If you have a big sink I’d suggest this item because it looks nice and it gives your wash cloth and sponge a home in the kitchen!
