Nase und Gaumen:

In der Nase Steinobst, gefolgt von Birne und Grapefruit, schöne Würze und Mineralität, ein Haus Nüsse und Kräuter. Am Gaumen cremig, salzig, Brioche-Noten und Anklänge roter Beeren, in einer wunderbaren Balance, feiner Perlage und langem Abgang. Einfach herrlich!

Infos zum Wein:

Lage: Heidböhl in Königsbach, östlich des Idig

Boden: Buntsandstein mit Kalkadern, Spätburgunder und Weißburgunder, die 1993 gepflanzt wurden, wachsen hier direkt nebeneinander, werden gemeinsam gelesen und gepresst.

Lese und Ausbau: Ende September gelesen, im Holz vergoren und im Juni 2021 auf die Flasche gebracht, danach verbleiben sie 46 Monate auf der Hefe. Degorgiert wurde der Sekt im April 2025, ohne Dosage, mit 11,5 % Alkohol
