Der Crosstrainer Ergometer AX8000 zeichnet sich durch seine robuste Rahmenkonstruktion und Standsicherheit bei einem maximalen Benutzergewicht von 150kg aus.

Trainiere unabhängig von Wind, Wetter und Tageszeit nahezu deinen ganzen Körper. Beim Crosstrainer werden nicht nur PO und Beine intensiv trainiert, auch die Arme, Schulter und der Rücken werden effektiv mit einbezogen.

Für einen natürlichen und schonenden Bewegungsablauf sorgen der geringe Trittflächenlabstand von 20 cm und eine Schrittlänge von 30 cm. Das verschleissfreie Magnetbremssystem, der flüsterleise Flachriemenantrieb, kugelgelagerte Fusshebel und eine Schwungmasse von 8kg garantieren ein gleichmässiges und leichtgängiges Laufverhalten. Die computergesteuerte Magnetbremse ermöglicht eine feine Abstufung der Trittstärke in 24 Stufen.

21 Trainingsprogramme stehen für ein kontrolliertes Training nach Puls- und Wattvorgabe oder für ein abwechslungsreiches Intervalltraining.  Der gut ablesbare Computer ist mit einem hintergrundbeleuchtetem LCD-Display inklusive einer Tablet Halterung ausgestattet, was das Lesen von Zeitungen, Bücher oder Schauen von Filmen während des Trainings ermöglicht.

Die rutschhemmenden Trittflächen sorgen für einen optimalen Halt und ein hohes Mass an Sicherheit. Die vorderen Transportrollen ermöglichen einen einfachen Standortwechsel.

Darüber hinaus ist der Ergometer AX8000 Kinomap-App-kompatibel und verfügt über eine Bluetooth®-Schnittstelle. Hierdurch ist es möglich, mit Android- oder iOS-Endgeräten unterhaltsam und interaktiv zu trainieren und Trainingsdaten abzuspeichern. Nach der kostenlosen Testphase kann die Kinomap-App kostenpflichtig im Monatsabo erworben werden.

Heimsport Training mit dem Crosstrainer AX8000 steht für: Wetter- und Zeitunabhängiges Cardio Training mit Stärkung nahezu aller Muskelgruppen, Ausdaueroptimierung, hohe Fettverbrennung und das bei gleichzeitiger Schonung der Gelenke. Dies kann eine Förderung des Stoffwechsels, eine Kräftigung der Muskulatur und somit eine Verbesserung des allgemeinen Fitnesszustandes zur Folge haben.

This book was phenomenal, I devoured it within a few days! For this being a debut novel, it is fantastic and I would’ve thought the author was a seasoned author. I have zero complaints about this book. Let me start by saying that the world building was phenomenal. I could picture everything in my head because of how detailed it was — that’s how good it was written. And I absolutely love the “captive/captor” trope so much, it’s become one of my favorite tropes, so I was pleasantly surprised to see that this book had that. I loved the banter between Rogue and Ara — they’re both snarky and witty, plus with the romantic tension, it made the dialogue that much better. Speaking of romantic tension, yes there is spice but not so much of it that it overrides the plot, which I loved. For me, this would probably be on the 3/5 level of spice. This book had a ton of plot twists and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Morgan, Princess of Pendrath and true heir to the throne has spent most of her life dimming her light to feel safe and to make others comfortable. She is treated as an outcast in the court and repressed by her family due to the blood of the Fae within her and forced to join the Temple of the Three as a priestess in training to one day replace Merlin. Her brother, King Arthur, who reminds me of Joffrey from Game of Thrones, later tells her that he has other plans and offers her a choice of the Temple or to marry her off for political gain, unless… that is, she can journey through the great unknown and return with a long-lost fae weapon with enchanted powers known as Excalibur. Her quest begins with a roguish crew that includes the mysterious, arrogant, and heart-tuggingly handsome Captain of the Royal Guard, Kairos Draven, whom she can’t decide if she wants to stab or indulge in pleasure with. Along the way are plenty of surprises, mystical creatures, and betrayal, all while Morgan uncovers more of the truth about herself and who she can trust. 3.5 stars, A little boring to say the least.

Wow so I'm not sure where to begin on this one. This was a very different take on the legend of Arthur and Excalibur. This is told from the point of view of Morgan the sister of Arthur. Honestly the first 50% of this book is world building and character building which unfortunately was super boring for me. Morgan to me was a female MC that had a hard time in believing in herself. Sometimes taking too long to understand exactly what was going on around her. Draven was also a different male MC, like I couldn't put my finger on him and what he was all about. It was not until the last 10% of the book did we get some answers on the mystery that is Draven. The other 50% of the book centered around this big journey with everyone having a different motive. We see a spark of magic around this time that had me excited but then we never expanded upon that and what it could mean for the female MC. I feel like I want to read the second book just to see where this goes, but the spice was probably a 2 out of 5. Side characters are ok, Lancelet was fun but I almost felt like I wanted more.
